WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We accept returns on all eligible items within 14 days of the original purchase date.
For sanitary reasons, all returns must meet the following criteria to be eligible for approval:

All original tags and hygiene liners must be fully attached

Items must be free of any signs of wear, including stains, pet hair, deodorant marks, or odors
-
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered from their original condition
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days from the date we receive your return for processing.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable

We cannot process refunds for items that are lost, damaged in transit, or not received. For this reason, we strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method when sending items back.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or partially refund returns that do not meet these requirements.
HOW DO I START MY RETURN?
To start a return:

Log into your account and submit a refund request for the item(s) you wish to return

You will receive an email from us with the return shipping address and detailed instructions

Once your items are received and approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days
I WANT TO EXCHANGE!
We offer direct exchanges for a different size or a different style of the same or greater value, as long as the request is made within 14 days of the original purchase date and the item meets our return requirements.
If the new item costs more than your original purchase, you’ll simply pay the difference. We do not offer refunds for items of lesser value during an exchange.
Follow these steps:

Log into your account on our website to view your previous purchases

Request a return for the item you’d like to exchange

In the request form, include a note stating that you’d like to exchange the item and specify the new size or style you want

Once we receive and inspect your return and the exchange is approved, you’ll receive instructions to pay any price difference and shipping fee (if applicable).

We cover the return shipping label for your first exchange. Any additional exchanges will be at your own expense.

After request is confirmed, your new item will be processed and shipped

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details for your updated order
STILL OBSESSED? STORE CREDIT IT IS!
Hold on to your love for Jenivieth Swim! We offer store credit for eligible returns made within 14 days of your original purchase date. Once your return is received and approved, the credit will be added directly to your account. You’ll be able to log into your account on our website to view and apply your store credit at checkout on your next purchase.

Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date it’s issued

Shipping costs are non-refundable and not included in the credit

We’ll cover the return shipping label for your first return; after that, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
